RETAIL & FUEL DOCK STAFF - Both locations
We are in search of a variety of full and part time staff to work at the marinas this summer! We have positions starting late April/early May, as well as July and August. Duties range from cleaning boats to fueling and test driving boats to scooping ice cream and selling lake-branded clothing! These positions are ideal for students (post-secondary or secondary) or anyone else who wants to enjoy a summer on the water! SERVICE MANAGER - Kawagama Lake
We are in search of an experienced manager who can lead our service team. Comprised of 8 year round staff, plus several seasonal employees, our service department is our largest department, and we seek and effective communicator to manage this team. MARINE TECHNICIAN - Kawagama Lake
We are in search of a marine technician. The ideal candidate is certified in one or more of our engine brands: Mercury Outboard, Mercruiser Stern Drive, Volvo Stern Drive, Yamaha Outboard, Indmar Inboard, and PCM Inboard. RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR - primarily Lake of Bays
With locations on Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays, we are in need of a Retail Store Supervisor to supervise and lead our summer staff for both stores and fuel docks. Both our locations function as "store within a store" locations for Algonquin Outfitters. Merchandising, retail display, product rotation, coordination with Algonquin Outfitters and other suppliers is a key part of this position. Staff scheduling, training, and administrative paperwork is another component. Lastly, this role will assist our rental coordinator with rental boat requests.
