TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• ALL DAMAGES ARE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF RENTER

• $1,500 damage deposit required – cash, Visa, MasterCard or Amex

• Gas usage is extra - boats are delivered full of gas, and are to be returned full of gas

• Boats to be used on Kawagama Lake, Bear Lake and Kimbal Lake only - prior arrangement must be made for delivery and pick up to other lakes - additional charges will apply, and one week minimum rental is required

• Trailer is not included

• Pick up and Delivery is extra

• All prices are subject to change

• Rentals are subject to availability

• Day rental is 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Sunday rental is 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Late returns will be subject to full daily rental fees (weekday or weekend as applicable)

DEPOSIT POLICY: 

The following deposit is required at time of rental in order to reserve a rental unit:

• 50% of the full rental amount is required to make your rental reservation.  This amount will be charged to the credit card used to place reservation upon confirmation of rental. 

• If rental is only for one day, then payment in full for the rental is processed as deposit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Due to the seasonal nature of boat rentals, cancellations are disruptive, hard to accommodate, and the following terms will be strictly enforced:

• Cancellation with 7 or more days notice - deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administrative charge.  Refund will be processed on the credit card used for the reservation within three days of cancellation notice.

• Cancellation with less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours notice - any refund is subject to our ability to rent the boat to someone else.  If the boat is successfully rented to a third party, then the full deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administrative charge.  However, if the boat is not successfully rented to a third party, the deposit is not refundable and payment for the full rental period will be charged to the credit card used for the rental reservation.

• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice - no refund is available and payment for the full rental period will be immediately charged to the credit card used for the rental reservation.
